I too have the same issue, I am just wondering if I am the only one or maybe two.... Youtube need some help even I have the same issue and submitted feedback, as we upload new videos details sections says "Oops , something went wrong" Retry and also Editor section doesn't late save the latest videos at all ... Please let us know?
Just Sign Out and Sign In again
you can try to log out and log in again, it is work for me.
